    Why EFT Tapping?

    EFT Tapping is a mind-body healing method which helps us to relieve stress, release blocked energy and suppressed emotions, rewire emotional responses and subconscious beliefs, and can even help alleviate physical discomfort.

    Tapping on the acupressure points on the head, face and torso sends calming signals to the Amygdala, the part of our brain which is responsible for our stress response (also known as “fight, flight, freeze, fawn” response), which supports the down-regulation of the nervous system.

    Down-regulating the nervous system through EFT Tapping, whilst focusing on a specific issue, interrupts the regular stress response and helps the brain and body to reprocess the situation in a way that is more neutral and less triggering. This in turn allows us to see the original issue in a different light, reprogram new beliefs, and feel a sense of freedom and empowerment.
